Kenya has a strong Church yet certain areas are dominated by Islam or traditional African beliefs. Here Christians can face strong opposition and the situation of converts and women can be particularly difficult. Minority Christian communities in these regions also need support when natural disasters like famine or floods strike.
Support for full-time Christian workers in outlying areas is vital if all are to hear the Good News. Church plants may need assistance with buildings or other practical needs.
