Assistant Film Producer

This is a rare opportunity for an ‘Assistant film producer’ to join the Barnabas+ production team and utilise your exceptional storytelling and creativity skills.

A background in film content creation and expertise in film production processes is highly desirable, but if you have a gift for capturing stories on camera we’d love to know about it.

What will you be doing:

You will be responsible for creating and producing compelling film content for our Christian audience. You will use your creative vision to bring short form stories to life and translate capture the grace of God in people’s lives into visually stunning content. You will work closely with the Snr. Film Producer to establish look and feel of your productions.

You will need to be able to:

  • Must have strong script writing skills
  • Conceive and execute new projects for the Barnabas+ platform
  • Execute creative films such as testimonies
  • Manage film production processes from pre-production to post-production
  • Communicate effectively with team members and collaborate with and report to the Media Manager
  • Work with attention to detail and meet tight deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in film technology
  • Demonstrate a passion for storytelling and film-making

Location

You will be working within our film production team at our studio in Pewsey. This is a full-time, studio-based role with opportunities to travel to related stories.

The salary for this role is based on skills and experience and fall in line with our ministries policies around salary.
