What will you be doing:

The successful candidate will lead the Digital Communications team and work with the Digital Experience and Communications Manager, collaborating on the planning and implementation of the digital vision and strategy for Barnabas Aid, .gives and Barnabas+; as well as scheduling, executing, and reporting on marketing activities across the digital space.

You will need to be able to:

• Proven working experience in digital marketing and communications
• Experience of budget management
• Implement and oversee best practice for SEO/SEM and Google Ad campaigns
• Able oversee third party supplier/agencies
• Experience of website analytics tools
• Marketing automation & CRM
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio (formerly data studio)
• Effective reporting of ongoing campaigns and initiatives across platforms

Salary is dependent on skills and experience.

You will be working within our Digital Communications team at our BA Headquarters in Pewsey. This is an office-based role. Any successful candidate will need to be committed to Barnabas Aid’s ethos, statement of faith and aims, and have the right to work in the UK.
