Event Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, experienced and highly organised Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.

What will you be doing:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in Swindon. The role may require that you work from our international office periodically. The Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing particular tasks related to the event planning process. He/she will focus on directing the flow of the event and ensuring all the pre-approved objectives are actioned and delivered on time, and within agreed-upon quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing bookings, regular reporting, communicating with all stakeholders and vendors
  • Assisting with the organisation of onsite catering for staff and volunteers
  • Scheduling of shifts for staff and volunteers
  • Ongoing communication with the event organising team and event host
  • Adjusting event preparations as required
  • Serving as the main contact; liaising between the event organiser and different teams when necessary
  • Networking and building relationships with external stakeholders
  • Day-to-day administrative work
  • Coordinating multiple events at once
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare event summaries and reports for clients and management.
  • Other duties as required

Salary is dependent on skills and experience.

You will be working within our UK office based in Swindon.
