Living Streams is Barnabas Aid’s sponsorship initiative to improve the lives of Christians in places of persecution and hardship
We are making some changes to our Living Streams sponsorship and, for now, pausing all new sponsorship sign-ups while we transition to a revised model.
Please be assured that existing brick kiln and schoolchild sponsorships are not affected and will continue as normal. Barnabas Aid’s work to support Christian brick kiln workers, Christian schoolchildren, and other believers in Pakistan is also continuing, and we are still accepting donations to this work.
If you are interested in making a donation, you may want to donate to one of the following funds.
Living Streams gives you the opportunity to support marginalised and persecuted Christians through regular monthly giving. You can sponsor a child or sponsor a family. Your sponsorship becomes a lifeline – not just for survival, but for hope. Your faith in action can restore human dignity.
When you join Living Streams, we will send you a prayer card with a photograph and details of the child/family you are supporting, as well as twice-yearly newsletters, which provide general news about the specific stream, as well as providing suggestions for prayer.
"My knowledge, spiritual life, and confidence are being enhanced day by day through my school,” says Samsoon, a hardworking Pakistani Christian student. Thanks to sponsors like you, Samsoon and many others are receiving a good education in a Christian school and the hope of a brighter future.
"We were like slaves. Now we have freedom." For 15 years, Faqiria and his family were trapped in bonded labour at a brick kiln, crushed by debt. Your sponsorship paid off that debt, setting them free to live and work with dignity.
