Thanks to the prayers and gifts of Barnabas Aid supporters, our project partner has established sustainable farming and vocational training initiatives that provide both food and income.
In a country where around one in five people live in poverty, and where rural Christian minorities often face additional pressure for their faith, your gifts are making a lasting difference.
Coffee roasting is just one of the income-generating projects that you have funded in Laos.

Lives Transformed
Families have been equipped to carry out sustainable farming initiatives such as mushroom growing and fish hatcheries, creating reliable sources of nutrition and financial stability.
Laos is also one of the countries to benefit from Barnabas Aid’s provision of pigs and chickens, an initiative largely funded through Barnabas Breakfast events.

You also helped believers gain vocational skills that open doors to independence. Training has been provided in sewing and weaving, motorbike maintenance and repair, beauty and hairdressing – and most recently, coffee roasting.
These skills allow Christians in vulnerable communities to support themselves and serve others.

Give thanks for the sustainable farming projects, vocational training, and practical support that are helping believers provide for their families with dignity and hope. Pray that mushroom farms, fish hatcheries, and livestock projects will continue to flourish and bring long-term stability.
