You don’t know them – but they need your help.
The 2025 monsoon season has brought devasting floods to Pakistan.
More than 250 people have died in the past week, with many others injured. Hundreds of houses have been damaged or destroyed, leaving many people homeless.
Many houses have been destroyed or rendered uninhabitable
Among those in desperate need are 30 Christian families from a village near the Punjabi city of Faisalabad.
Their homes of brick and mud were washed away by the raging flood waters.
They have sought shelter in a church building that withstood the elements – but this cannot serve as a long-term solution.
Pakistani Christians urgently need your help
Your brothers and sisters are without food, clean drinking water or medical supplies. They have no shelter other than the dangerously overcrowded church building. They have no earthly source of help.
But you can be their help.
Barnabas Aid project partners are working urgently to meet these pressing needs. If you are able, please give now. Please also pray for the Lord’s provision at this time of disaster.
How you can pray
Lord God and Heavenly Father, we pray for the success of the humanitarian response to this latest natural disaster. Please meet the needs of those left homeless and destitute. We lift up to You especially these 30 families – our brothers and sisters – and ask that You will supply them with both the aid they require and the spiritual comfort that will guide them through these difficult days. We ask it in Christ’s holy and precious Name.
