You have given the most valuable gift in the world to your brothers and sisters in Uganda.
Thanks to the donations of Barnabas Aid supporters, 365 young believers in a Muslim-majority area of the country have received copies of God’s Word.
Many recipients reported that their understanding of the Bible and of their Christian faith was deepened.
Young Ugandan Christians begin reading Bibles funded by Barnabas Aid supporters. 
“Barnabas has answered my prayers for God’s Word,” said Nalugya, one of the recipients. “I now have a way to learn more about Jesus and share the Good News.”
Our project partners also reported that attendance of young people at local churches had increased.
Although Uganda is a Christian-majority country, believers – and especially converts from Islam – can face opposition from extremists within the Muslim population.
Christians have also been targeted by fighters from Islamic State Central Africa Province, which is based in neighboring Democratic Republic of the Congo.
How You Can Pray
Praise God that the faith of our young brothers and sisters in Christ has been strengthened. Pray that they will continue to experience the blessing of learning more of their Lord through His Word.
